AC/DC are methods serving multidimensional assessment of key competence on the given work position,
professional potential as well as the strengths and weaknesses of a candidate or current employees.
They are applied in:

AC/DC sessions offered by Alpharec include:
- Defining aims,
selecting key competence and their behavioural indicators as well as defining their most demanded configuration
- Selecting and preparing tasks (simulative,
problem) as well as psychological tests
- Preparing assessors participating in the project (persons on the Customer’s side)
- Organizing and holding sessions (duration period of one project = from c.
4 hours up to two days)
- Elaborating individual reports on the participant and/or group (form to be agreed on)
- Summary meeting along with transfer of feedback to the Customer and (optionally) to the session participant
