As a temporary work agency we operate as a significant part of the efficient job market, we respond to the needs of employers, employees and the government. We have been entered into the National Register of Employment Agencies.

Temporary work is an efficient method to achieve flexible employment structure. Such an attribute often decides about the achievement of competitive dominance, especially now, when we are functioning on an increasingly dynamic and turbulent market, which requires a quick reaction time to changes from enterprises.
An enterprise using temporary work basis incurs the costs of purchasing the service and not the costs of the work factor!

We will take care of all significant issues. We will reach suitable candidates, sign contracts with them, we will fulfil all staff obligations, coordinate the work time of temporary staff and fulfil all other tasks, resulting from the specific needs.
During cooperation we become your external personnel department prepared to react to the needs of the situation when it occurs.

In temporary work there are three related entities: the temporary work agency, the employer-user and temp employee. A temporary employment contract has a precise duration period conditioned on the needs of the employer user. The employer-user concludes the contract with the agency, which signs a contract with the temporary employees and then delegates them to perform work in the location indicated by the employer-user. The temporary employment contract with staff can be concluded and terminated basically at any time.

In Europe this form of employment is generally accepted and constitutes a symbol of the demanding work market.

Benefits obtained by enterprises using services of the temporary work agency include:

  • Elasticity in periods when activity needs fluctuation
  •  Relief from tasks making it impossible to concentrate on the performance of the company’s strategic goals
  • Saving costs connected with the employment of staff
  • Better classification of costs of employing temporary staff (VAT invoice for provision of services)
  • Minimizing the costs of terminating contracts with employees
  • Personnel-payroll service included in the service cost
  • Professional adaptation of suitable persons to the requirements on the given position included in the service cost
  • Avoidance of performing time consuming tasks connected with suitable adaptation of candidates
  • Possibility to find other work for the employee, for whom there is periodically no work
  • Avoidance of costs resulting from the negative reputation connected with individual and short-term employment of staff

Applying temporary work brings such social benefits as:

  • A better functioning work market
  • Decrease of the grey zone of the work market
  • Greater ability to undertake work
  • Greater possibilities to ensure employment offers
  • Greater possibilities to undertake work by persons remaining in long-term unemployment
  • Development of a new branch

Temporary work responds to the needs of employees, who prefer temporary work over permanent employment, especially at the stage when they aim to achieve various types of professional experience.

The most important event for the development of temporary employment in Poland was the introduction of the Act on the employment of temporary staff on 1 January 2004, which regulated the principles of employing temporary staff by the employer being an agency of temporary work and the principles of managing such staff to perform temporary work for an employer-user.
